Nathan was born in Somerville, TN and has been married to Kristi since 2014. Nathan and Kristi have three children: Eden (6), Emmy (4), and Rowan (newborn).
Nathan was raised in West Tennessee but lived a little over three years in Arusha, Tanzania. He graduated from Freed-Hardeman University (2013) with a B.S. in Bible: Missions, and has been involved in youth ministry works in Tennessee since 2009. Nathan has also worked on the mission field in Ukraine, Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Tanzania
Kristi was born in Portsmouth, NH but was raised in St. Marys, GA while her father was stationed at the Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay. She graduated from Freed-Hardeman University (2014) with a B.S. in Education (K-6) and has worked in various education fields since then. Kristi has also assisted in mission efforts in Panama, Nicaragua and Tanzania.
Nathan and Kristi, along with their children, began their full-time work in Chimala in 2021.
